About Janine Kelly

Neurodivergent Coach

Work with Me

Hi, I’m Janine Kelly, a neurodivergent coach, therapist, and proud mom.

As much as I cherish spending time with my husband and our son—whether it’s a day at the park or a fun family dinner—the last hour of the night when I can unwind and do absolutely nothing has become my favorite ritual. It’s funny how, over time, the simplest moments of calm can become so precious.

Family is central to my life. I love experiencing things together, whether it’s a trip to the beach, traveling, or cozy movie nights at home. But I also know that after all the togetherness, I need time to recharge. My downtime often includes watching documentaries or crime dramas, playing board games, or diving into something new that sparks my curiosity, whether for personal growth or professional learning.

My journey as a neurodivergent person has shaped who I am today. As a child, I struggled with anxiety, academic challenges, and quietly held onto my feelings, not knowing I was neurodivergent. It wasn’t until later in life that I received my diagnosis, and suddenly, so much of my past made sense.

Now, my passion lies in supporting fellow neurodivergents who may be feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood. I help you identify the areas in your life where you're struggling, teaching you strategies that can make your day-to-day life easier and less exhausting. Together, we focus on conserving your energy for what truly matters most to you.

Executive function challenges, something I’ve personally navigated, play a significant role in my work as a coach. From managing time to balancing multiple responsibilities, I understand the feeling of overwhelm that can come with tasks others seem to handle effortlessly. I work closely with my clients to develop practical strategies that empower them to tackle these challenges head-on, whether it’s organizing their day-to-day or managing the mental load of family life.

I believe in living in a way that honors your neurodivergent brain, ensuring your needs are met and that you're supported in a world that wasn’t designed with us in mind. My goal is to empower you to embrace who you are, advocate for yourself, and find the balance that allows you to thrive.

If you’re ready to embark on a path of self-acceptance, personal growth, and authentic expression, I’m here to walk that journey with you.
